Please contact your elected officials regarding expungment and other matters of legislative development.
By calling your local, State and Federal representatives, you can research your options and the process necessary to expunge your criminal record. If you live in Pennsylvania, you can contact your State Representatives to let them know you support pending House and Senate legislation that supports expungements. If you don't make your voice heard, how can you justify complaining about nothing ever getting done? Many States have pending legislation and need your letters, phone calls, emails and petitions on a consistent basis and in a polite and effective manner in order that support for pending legislation can be provided by our elected officials. They need to know what matters most to their respective constituents. Be responsible and compassionate. Your life is worth it!

Keep trying your best and stay trouble-free and responsible.
Keep your focus to stay out of trouble. This helps your well-being tremendously and is critical to maintain your freedom so you can get and keep a good paying job and a safe place to live. Employers usually look for multiple years of good behavior and desired skills and achievements before offering you a high paying job. Staying out of trouble is very important to show the judge and the criminal justice system that you are not a "bad person" or a "career criminal", and that you are a good and deserving person who has made a mistake and is not destined to repeat that mistake. You can accumulate good social behavior slowly, one day at a time. That is how it works. You can do it. It starts with your desire and a willingness to continue on a proper path to productivity and social responsibility.
