Some states are passing laws for Expungment
Support PA House Bill 1742
PA House Bill 1742 allows a person to expunge his/her felony after ten years of good behavior with no arrests. It also allows for the expungment of DUI's and possession, consumption and transportation of a controlled substance.
Call your PA state representative and tell them you support this bill. If you do nothing, nothing will ever happen!
What is expungment?
Expungments means you can delete convictions, non-convictions, arrests, and other information from your criminal record (rap sheet) in your State's Central Repository (where criminal records are kept.)

All have fallen the short of the glory of God.
There is a law for everything, so we are all criminals. Some of us have not been caught!! A police officer once said 'Everyone is a criminal, they just have not been caught."
In the face of oppression of civil liberties by so many laws, many of us made mistakes and committed immoral acts.
Everyone commits immoral acts and wrongdoings. All have fallen short of the glory of God.
The law currently does not forgive because it makes records accessible to the public, preventing them from paying rent and eating.
The Criminal Justice Policy in our country may help its citizens by accommodating restorative justice and keeping criminal records open to the Justice Deptartment and courts only.
You deserve to be free of a criminal record
It is against Federal Law for an employer to discriminate against you solely on the basis of a criminal record check.
Please write to your local state representative and tell them you support expungment. If everyone does this, a movement will be created. If you do nothing, nothing will ever happen!
